Holiday Cottages
We will clean your holiday cottage to a high standard so that when your guests arrive they are greeted by a clean, fresh holiday home so they can just sit back, relax and enjoy their stay in your property.
In a recent visit england.com inspection of one of the properties we clean our standard of cleaning was rated as excellent.
We also change the bedding, towels etc then launder and iron them ready for next rental, we will also leave a welcome gift for your guests if you wish.
Ironing & Laundry
We only use top quality branded products to wash your items in such as bold, ariel, persil etc and will always use a quality fabric conditioner such as comfort so your items are returned clean and smelling lovely and fresh. We only ever wash and dry on a low temperature (unless you request otherwise) so you can be sure of no chance of shrinkage to your items whilst helping protect the environment too.
Deep Cleaning
For a more in depth clean we can visit your holiday cottage and deep clean it,
this could be useful if the property has been stood empty for some time (over winter etc) or before an inspection by a tourism inspection body so ensuring that you get the best possible rating for your property.
Maintenance & On Call Service
We will carry out routine and minor maintenance jobs, replace consumable items (bulbs, smoke alarm batteries etc) replenish toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and so on and carry out inventory checks.
We can arrange to be present at property inspections and for deliveries of new items for your property etc. We also offer a 24 hour "On Call" service so you know that someone is on hand for your guests in the event of any problems etc that may arise ( please ask for more details )
